I had such a bad unacceptable experience with DW. i purchased a watch online and a strap was delivered. I email them to notify them about such and requested for the strap to be collected and refund to be processed. i have been waiting for 3 weeks for them to collect the parcel so I can get my refund.
I took my car for service 10/08/2024. car was serviced but wipers were not changed. I was advised to come back after a week. I went back, at 1st i was told they need to create a job card for the wipers to be changed and the staff was going on lunch that time. I had to leave as I was also on lunch and could not wait. I left my details for the job card to be created and advised il come back the next week. when i went back I was given stories about the guy that assisted me Naem not being at work on the day. I requested for the guy to contact me when his back and make an arrangement till today I'm waiting.
I am very disappointment in your guys service. I initially took the R39 subscription but every month you debit R99 and when I update to the R39 subscription when It comes to subscription date I'm debited for R99. Now you have debited my account for R349 on 04/08/2023 which I did not authorize. I need the funds to be reversed back and my subscription to be cancelled because I cannot deal with people who are not professional and cannot be trusted with my banking details as you do as you please. i have reported this incident and you ask for my card details but haven't had any feedback since 09/08/2023. Its been a week since i submitted a claim with sanlam claim reference CLM04722820 every time i chat ro their consultants i get a differenr story . Service is pathetic and i will never recommend them to anyone i know. Hope they will contact me... 0786763583.
