They offer an online purchase through WhatsApp for their products. The customer service is shocking, they don't get back to their customers about what is happening with an order. I eventually managed to get through to the owner after a week of trying to find my order, only to be shouted at as a customer cause of my frustration with their lack of service. I got promised feedback from their side and I always had to chase them for service. The blame got passed to the shipping company that they use, but didn't realise that I had already spoken to the shipping company about my shipment and how it works. There was always an excuse as to why something didn't happen or why it happened the way it did. It always seemed like it was my fault and the owner was very rude and not helpful at all. The shipping times are wrong that they promise. I was told 3-5 working days for delivery, it has now been over 7 working days for delivery. I honestly can say that I will never order from this company ever again and its such a shame because I was a first time customer.
I ordered a person notebook off of the website. They first got the colour wrong for the name and the spelt the name wrong for the personalisation. I then started trying to contact them and no one answered the phoned, so I tried the customer support chat on the website. No one wanted to help and I was told so many different stories by the same customer support person. It has now been over two weeks since they *****ed up and now they are making me fight to be able to get my refund which I am entitled to according to their website and according to the Consumer Protection Act in South Africa. Customer Service is not a priority with this company. Think carefully before ordering from them.
I phoned this company about my package that they were delivering for me and got put on hold. They also switch the phones off before 16:30. So If a customer wants to contact them, it needs to be done before 16:15 otherwise no one is going to answer. I whatsapped them on the number that they have for South Africa and I have yet to hear from them. They aren’t very friendly and weren’t helpful with finding my package. The woman I spoke to told me that my package was going to Mossel Bay in the Western Cape in South Africa, when I stay in Gauteng. I don’t rate the service. If I could give them no stars, I would
The service level is so bad. The company said that I would receive my parcel the next day, which never happened. It is now 3 days later and I was told that my parcel was out for delivery. I then sat waiting for a delivery that never came and I then had to phone the company only to be promised that my delivery will be prioritised. I should not have to phone to find out where my delivery is.
