You ignored ALL of my reports and told me a bumper bash caused my turbo to break, even though my insurance gave a report that states my bumper bash was n light collision. My car gave a lot of problems SINCE the day I bought it. ABSOLUTELY ******* people working at Miosa. They didnt even send the report on the 16th of November, as dated. They’ve sent is early December. So now I can’t even dispute it, as you have only 7 days.
It has been almost a year since I’ve bought my car at this useless dealership. They feel NOTHING for a woman. It is ok for them to know that a woman and her children are at risk wherever they go. I’ve been to the Ombud - strange how they ignored the report the insurance wrote about my bumper bash. According to this useless business, my VERY light bumper bash broke the turbo. This is abuse against women!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shame on you. They IGNORE their contract. TOTALLY!!!!!!!!!! I know they paid Miosa to rule against me. They are paying them for a outcome against the client.
25 February 2023 - Took the car for a test drive. Everything seemed to be in order. 28 February 2023 - Went to pick up my car and I noticed the heads up display unit was damaged. They promised that they already ordered another one from BMW. 1 March 2023 - Tyre pressure lights came on. 2 March 2023 - Aircon didn't work properly and the hooter didn't work. Car went for a check. Got a loan car (POOR CONDITION with underwear in it.) Car came back the same day. They said my aircon was on auto. 6 March 2023 - My car went for repairs on the bumper and windscreen as discussed on the day we signed the contract. Car would've gone directly to BMW for the screen they ordered. 8 March 2023 - Car still wasn't ready. 9 March 2023 - CMH HONDA HATFIELD told me that they are fighting with BMW to get a new screen. So obviously they didn't ordered one like they promised. 13 March 2023 - Finally got my car back. The bumper repair work was done very very poorly. Dripping paint marks were on the bumper. The car had respray on the exterior mirrors. And the heads up display was still damaged, without letting me know. The car's temperature reading was -40 degree Celsius. The aircon didn't work. On my way home, I was involved in a VERY small bumper bash. CMH HONDA HATFIELD claims that because of the accident a sensor fell off. I spoke with numerous technicians and they said that the accident was too small to cause any harm. There wasn't even a smash on the side of the bumper. 15 March 2023 - We went to CMH HONDA HATFIELD and told them we are done with this car and we would like a refund, as the consumer protection act clearly states that if a defective car is sold to you and they do not disclose it, they MUST either repair, replace or refund on the CONSUMER"S choice. 16 March 2023 - Car went back to BMW and they said that a sensor is missing (the one described above) and that the German cars can't handle the sun in South Africa (also told me that on the 9th of March 2023) and that is why the screens break. In the mean time, my temporary licence expired and they drove like that with my car. The took out a new registration. Thus, they had to deregister my car and register it again. 24 March 2023 - Got my car back form CMH HONDA HATFIELD. Screen was still not fixed. Numerous emails, phone calls etc were made. We communicated with them and said that we are really done with this now. 1 April 2023 - Drove to Nelspruit for the wedding. The car started to rattle like crazy (it was there before, but not this bad). 2 April 2023 - Drove back to Pretoria. In Machadodorp the car shut down and showed an error. I switched off and on again, and then it went into limp mode. 3 April 2023 - Car doesn't want to start at all. Emails were sent. They still claim that they will not and cannot reverse the deal.
