I wouldn't trust this dealership with my big decision to buy a car. Well, not a used car, anyway. Management knew this would be the last sale this salesman would make; yet there was no to little supervision/ quality control. The invoice indicates '101 check', yet, a part as small as the rear window wiper had been falling apart (upon delivery). I had to spend R 1 700 to get the inside air to blow properly. I had to spend R800 to get the sliding door to align properly and to get the door sensor switch to work. I suspect the dealership/ salesman had the door replaced, for some reason, between viewing and delivery (they'll probably deny this). The vehicle reakes of cleaning chemicals that hadn't been rinsed. It persists, months after delivery. The used car sales manager did agree to have it attended to and had the vehicle taken for a valet service. I received it back with no improvement to the smell, AND the jack and tools removed. It took 3 weeks of me begging and threatening, to get the items returned to me. This resulted in loss of use of the vehicle, as it was bought for business purposes (I can't drive it without a jack and tools).

I bought a used Tiggo 7 from the dealer. Big ups to the sales lady Josina Sekwela for a great service. However I'm not happy with R6000 delivery fee charge cos I collected the car myself R3000 for smash and grab which I did not ask for. I was told its the dealer's rule to fit every car with smash and grab. Being a used car...it was already fitted with smash and grab. CMH HONDA HATFIELD is a ******* and should pay me back R9000 Never mind other charges like R800 for number plates

I had such a great experience at CMH Honda Hatfield. The team went out of their way to assist me with buying a car. They made me feel super valuable as a customer and went above and beyond what was expected. I will definitely return to CMH Honda Hatfield for my next car and highly recommend them to anyone!

I recently interacted with the used vehicles department of CMH Honda Auto Hatfield. The interactions with all the individuals I dealt with from the sales person to the used vehicle sales manager to the business manager was shockingly poor. Service delivery was not only ***********, something which South Africans have become accustomed too and tend to accept, but also dishonest, which is simply not acceptable. Trust value with CMH Honda Auto Hatfield is zero!

It has been almost a year since I’ve bought my car at this useless dealership. They feel NOTHING for a woman. It is ok for them to know that a woman and her children are at risk wherever they go. I’ve been to the Ombud - strange how they ignored the report the insurance wrote about my bumper bash. According to this useless business, my VERY light bumper bash broke the turbo. This is abuse against women!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shame on you. They IGNORE their contract. TOTALLY!!!!!!!!!! I know they paid Miosa to rule against me. They are paying them for a outcome against the client.

We ordered parts from Honda Hatlfield in May and it's still on backorder and no one can tell me when it will arrive. This is now the 2nd time I ordered parts and had to wait months. In the mean time I can't finish up my car and sell it. This is a 2021 model, how difficult can it be to find the parts. I'm really dissapointed in Honda South Africa's service.

Order: 71CEPAAA6031 I ordered & paid for my Honda's front bumper grill 13 December 2021 & still haven't received it. I received no updates from your side ( and the sales perosn said they will call) and each time I had to phone they just say theybare waiting for Honda. In the meantime I'm loosing money as the car is standing still. Can I please just get a proper update.
