We requested an NCO 15 September and was informed there is a delay - never mentioned what the delay is. It is 24 October and we still have not received the NCO and in the meantime we are unable to register the vehicle in our name while we already have a buyer. Your admin delays are negatively impacting my business.
We have not had electricity since Friday. A technician was supposed to be sent out on Monday and it is now Thursday. Every time we call, we can't get through an actual person. The self-help bot is ridiculous and it is so frustrating that you cannot speak to a single representative.
We have been waiting for a change of ownership for almost two months now. After emailing and consistently following up, we have still not got an answer. We have also been refused access to their offices to rectify the issue.
We ordered parts from Honda Hatlfield in May and it's still on backorder and no one can tell me when it will arrive. This is now the 2nd time I ordered parts and had to wait months. In the mean time I can't finish up my car and sell it. This is a 2021 model, how difficult can it be to find the parts. I'm really dissapointed in Honda South Africa's service.

I am platinum account holder and business account for V Comm cc Pieter Swarts could not get hold of me and asked Fraud department to put a hold on my account on the 31 st of December 2021 I always answer my phone So I sure he phone my old number of 15 years ago because I always answer as I am in the security business. i got a reference number C13886918. 0n the 2 nd of March 2022 at 16 H22I phoned Fraud Department they verified me and I gave however one of the verification questions was the registration no of V Comm which I definately dont know of hand and the operator put down the phone. Really a great way to case customers away. I am already a Capitec account holder Been ABSA(Volkkas) since 1980 but obviously not the same bank. There should never have been a hold on my account and Fraudline putting down my phone call.

I received no updates from your side ( and the sales person said they will call) and each time I had to phone they just say theybare waiting for Honda. In the meantime I'm loosing money as the car is standing still. Can I please just get a proper update.

Our Telkom line is off since 1 February. We've been following up everyday and the only feedback we get is: It's a bulk fault, we can't give a leading time and the techinician has been assigned to check the cables in the area - which he actualy only did on 10 February 2021, really only 10 days later?! In the meantine TELKOM is billing us for a line we haven't been able to use for 3 WEEKS, and my clients can't reach our office which has a negative impact on my business! How long does it take to fix a cable????? Not impressed at all! If this is not solved by the end of the week we will have no other choice than to look at better landline providers!
