Not happy with cellc services
I cancelled my contract last year November 2021 and now they tell me that i owe them R990.00 for something that was cancelled via telephone. When collections phone me then they "so called made a note on system that contract was cancelled" i have send emails and phoned out more than R400 airtime. Not acceptable
I am so furious i cant describe. I received a call on my mobile 010 494 3542 but now one talked, then i contacted that number and it was cellc........gave them my ID Number and found out i owe R900.00 then R600.00 for a wifi router contract. I know i have an existing one but why so much. I was told that my contract expired and they just continued with it without consulting me if it will be in order to extend it or month to month. I had to get the shock over the phone and was told i have a contract and i must know all the above. What contract i never received a new contract. I cant afford that amount of R200.00 each month its out of my budget. I don't know where to complain or what to do. 062 069 3773 Dalene

WANT TO CANCEL CONTRACT
I received a statement where it state that i am behind with my account of R939.19 After numerous emails i have send to proofofpayment@cellc.co.za they still send month in and month out i did not pay. My contract is for R99.00 per month and they charge me R299.19 and then again R355.00 and other amounts ass well. I think they employ wrong people in positions that dont know how to do their work. I wont pay that amount because i dont owe them anything.

Need help
I am so angry I just want to commit suicide. Auto Vision and his salesmen put me in a **** predicament and I don't know how to get out of it. When I canceled the deal with them they ignored me and send another car for me to drive until they ever sort the problem out. They never did and I am paying for a car that I am not happy with or have. Why in God's name is it so difficult to get stuff canceled at Absa. I have lots of problems and my salary is R5500pm.
