Had my vehicle in for a service and to replace my ECU unit in my BMW, first of all I was charged for a major service (5K) only to find out that the service was not done!!!! (No old parts provided back after service or ECU replaced) Have had a whole lot of repercussions since and has cost me alot more money to get my vehicle to where it is now … I will NOT recommend anybody to use them …

I had a terrible experience with e-Siyakhokha. They were extremely dishonest, constantly asking for deposits, and even restricting my account, which had over R255,000. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but they were unhelpful and refused to resolve the issue. Thankfully, I got in touch with Mrs. Faina, who took my case seriously. She helped restore my account, and I was able to withdraw everything. I’m now completely done with e-Siyakhokha and would advise others to stay away from them. If you’re in a similar situation, I recommend contacting Mrs. Faina directly at FAINASECURETEAM ___ ((@)) g_ma__" il,___c0__m.

Top Care Auto Clinic Modderfontien This company or branch should be shut down as it has a bunch of ******* working for it including the Owner Glen They Motto should read how can we ***** the next customer. Their lack of expertise their general knowledge of vehicles and their fault-finding have a lot to be desired, Took my X-Tral T30 into them they did the diagnostics and told me that the head was blown R53000.00 later and a year and a half I got it back since then all I do is work on my vehicle to repair the work they should have done. Glen has added chapters to the book of excuses He also admitted that he had personnel there working for him that stole over a million rand in goods from vehicles. Please if you have vehicles there remove them do not use an *********** service provider.

I am so angry I just want to commit suicide. Auto Vision and his salesmen put me in a **** predicament and I don't know how to get out of it. When I canceled the deal with them they ignored me and send another car for me to drive until they ever sort the problem out. They never did and I am paying for a car that I am not happy with or have. Why in God's name is it so difficult to get stuff canceled at Absa. I have lots of problems and my salary is R5500pm.

MOST SHOCKING SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED BY THIS SO CALLED 5 STAR RATED MIWA/RMI WORKSHOP IN MODDERFONTEIN. I HAD TO PAY TO GET MY CAR BACK THAT WASN'T FIXED TO THEN TAKE IT TO WILLIAMS HUNT EDENVALE AND THEN TO ANOTHER WORKSHOP IN MODDERFONTEIN. I EVEN REPORTED THEM TO THE RMI WHO THEN SAID I MUST REPORT THEM TO THE MOTOR INDUSTRY OMBUDSMAN. OWNER ALWAYS HAD EXCUSES ABOUT EVERYTHING EVEN ASKED FOR PAYMENT BEFORE VEHICLE WAS FIXED. SHOCKING SHOCKING!!!!! BE WIDE AWAKE IF YOU DECIDE TO USE THEM TO SERVICE OR REPAIR YOUR VEHICLE. BAD PLACE TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED OR REPAIRED.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO TOP CARE AUTO CLINIC e-CAR MODDERFONTEIN! TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! STAY FAR AWAY! Please take informed decisions. We have an OLD 320D BMW that we are maintaining to the best of our ability. Took it for all services, and if the service light comes on, we take it for a service. We always took the Vehicle to TOP CARE AUTO CLINIC e-CAR and I was always surprised by the good service we received from Riaan. We took the car as the service light came on again to the same place, and gave them telephonic instruction, to do a Major Service and Fix Anything that needs to be fixed. Riaan advised us that some tie rods had to be replaced and the brakes etc etc. R23 000, 00 later the car came back. The next day it did not start. I had no option but to travel to MP with the car. The car would not start after the service and there come clouds of smoke out of the back. Took the car back, knowingly that I will receive excellent service as usual. TO MY SURPRISE! I spoke to the owner Glen, and he told me there is nothing wrong with the car, and it does start in the mornings, and it does not smoke. Now why on earth will I send the car back if that was not the problem? He started shouting at my drivers and told them I know nothing about cars, and I fail to understand what he is trying to tell me. 100% correct, I do not know anything about a car, not ever changed a tyre before in my life. As I am typing here, I am still even shocked that he can speak to any client the way he spoke to me, and my drivers. 2 Hours on the phone later, no solution. We collected the car and will take it to BMW to do a diagnostic, as Glen told me he did not do a diagnostic, and only does diagnostics on request, at a cost of R400,00. How did they know what had to be fixed on the car if they did not run a diagnostic?? People working for him started running around in circles, so frightened by the owner Glen shouting at them. I am sure it will not even take 2 hours to fix the car, of whatever must be fixed. Sadly so, I have spent R to date at this service station, as the service was excellent, up and until you have to deal with the owner Glen. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. HE WILL TELL YOU YOUR EYES ARE FOOLING YOU, THERE IS NO SMOKE AND THE CAR DOES START. BUT IT DOES NOT! TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! STAY FAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRR AWAY.
