Top Care Auto Clinic Modderfontien This company or branch should be shut down as it has a bunch of ******* working for it including the Owner Glen They Motto should read how can we ***** the next customer. Their lack of expertise their general knowledge of vehicles and their fault-finding have a lot to be desired, Took my X-Tral T30 into them they did the diagnostics and told me that the head was blown R53000.00 later and a year and a half I got it back since then all I do is work on my vehicle to repair the work they should have done. Glen has added chapters to the book of excuses He also admitted that he had personnel there working for him that stole over a million rand in goods from vehicles. Please if you have vehicles there remove them do not use an *********** service provider.

Good service with professionalisim
In July of 2020, I had to go into a Ford dealership to buy parts for my Ford Ranger 2011 4X4. Where I meet Qunton Naicker In there Spares department and not only did he bend over backwards to accommodate my request he also went the extra mile to ensure I had everything I required to complete my task. He continues to give good service and is always very professional in his approach to customer service been his priority.

“Policiy Number 4001639582 Joelene Scholtz Was very exceptionally in the way she handles my call and the time it took to sort out the matter she should be commended for her great service as she is an assist to any company she was polite and understanding of our situation and did a follow up to ensure everything was done and we where happy with the service we received.
