I PURCHASED A CAR PART. IT BROKE ON MY VEHICLE. I RETURNED IT TO CLAIM. I WAS ADVISED AFTER 7 DAYS THAT IT WAS REJECTED BECAUSE IT WAS MY FAULT. IT IS THE FOURTH FAULTY PART SUPP**** BY BUMPER TO BUMPER. I ALSO HAD TO PAY 20% HANDLING FEE FOR THE PARTS INCORRECTLY SUPP****. I AM SO DISGUSTED!!

I am so appalled and so disgusted at the shocking treatment that I have received from Neil Bowler at Absolute Storage. I happened to communicate that I will be paying a bit late, actually a little more than 12 hours late for the month of July 2022. I was not even given a full explanation for the R100 late penalty fee, wait here it comes, a R100 for a little more than 12 hours, WOW!, what a ridiculous penalty fee, and to top it all it wasn't even applied to my account in July, but suddenly it appears in an email now in September 2022, demanding immediate payment otherwise I am banned from my storage unit, yet I pay my account diligently every month, can you believe it. Then to add insult to injury Neil Bowler threatens me!, WOW!, I should go to the news papers and report them and him It is not the first time he has threatened me and insulted me!, I have a self storage unit at Absolute Storage Bedfordview. I have been a customer since 2019. I AM AN APPALLED AND DISGUSTED CUSTOMER!
I am so disgusted and appalled at the shocking customer service I was given today at TotalEnergies Speedway Service Station in Impala Park Boksburg by the owner Mohammed and his wife Firoza. I went there to have my car washed but instead of assisting me the owner told me to ****** off and take my car to have it washed at a Caltex Service Station as he would not allow me to, that which I did. Caltex Impala Park Boksburg is the opposition to TotalEnergies Speedway Service Station. I was treated with respect an was given such good service at Caltex and at a better price. Firoza and Mohammed have no clue of how customer service works. It is not the first time this has happened. I will never ever use TotalEnergies Spanish Service Station in my life again. Firoza and Mohammed are foolish and should think twice of how they treat customers. Please be aware of their service level standards.
SHOCKING SERVICE BAD ATTITUDE INCOMPETENT THE LIST GOES ON AND ON AND ON....... I spent over R5000 at Auto Zone mall@carnival over the last two months, owner Shaun has such a bad attitude, pity, but will never buy from them again unfortunate had to use them twice because was only spares store in close vicinity, never again! Shaun do you actually know what customer service is?, I think not! You have lost my business for good!

SASSA is such an incompetent organization! It lies to us the intended recipients for the SASSA COVID-19 SPECIAL RELIEF FUND GRANT as was put forward by our President Ramaphosa I have applied to SASSA for the R350 grant more than a month ago and YES I still wait to be paid. I have queried the process to only be told you will be paid for the May 2020 payment run, guess what it's June already and we are about to go into to July so I guess as an UNEMPLOYED white South African I won't receive my payment because government says only BBBEE will receive monies not us white disadvantaged South Africans, how racist is that!

MOST SHOCKING SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED BY THIS SO CALLED 5 STAR RATED MIWA/RMI WORKSHOP IN MODDERFONTEIN. I HAD TO PAY TO GET MY CAR BACK THAT WASN'T FIXED TO THEN TAKE IT TO WILLIAMS HUNT EDENVALE AND THEN TO ANOTHER WORKSHOP IN MODDERFONTEIN. I EVEN REPORTED THEM TO THE RMI WHO THEN SAID I MUST REPORT THEM TO THE MOTOR INDUSTRY OMBUDSMAN. OWNER ALWAYS HAD EXCUSES ABOUT EVERYTHING EVEN ASKED FOR PAYMENT BEFORE VEHICLE WAS FIXED. SHOCKING SHOCKING!!!!! BE WIDE AWAKE IF YOU DECIDE TO USE THEM TO SERVICE OR REPAIR YOUR VEHICLE. BAD PLACE TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED OR REPAIRED.
