Inferior workmanship, worthless guarantee and no customer oriented service
I contracted H20 ROOFING AND WATERPROOFING to paint the roof of my house in March 2021. After the winter rains I noticed that the new paint is peeling of certain area's on the roof. It is apparent that the preparation work was not done correctly. I have been trying to contact the owner Rowland Mayer numerous times Since August 2021 to come and repair the affected areas. Initially he only made promises to come and have a look but then never honor the appointment. Lately he does not answer my calls anymore and ignore my messages. According to their website they offer a 5 year workmanship guarantee. I would advise anybody not to make use of H20 ROOFING AND WATERPROOFING as their guarantee is worthless and the quality of work inferior.

Worst in the business
Stay away from this company. Pathetic workmanship, and taking shortcuts on materials. They had to redo the fibre lining of my pool twice and it is still not correct. Schalk just drop his workers of and disappear for the day. There is no control or supervision. He even asked me to pay his workers as he couldn’t. This guy is an amateur that is bad news. There is a lot of people that got scammed by him.
