No option for cancellation!
OUTSURANCE told me to cancel policy via downloaded app. Unfortunately no option to do it there. Call centre told me only way to do it. Will see if they call me back on request. I’m totally upset with there call centre and the way I cannot access my request! Today is the 10th April 2021. Not liable for premium next month. If they do take it off ... I’ve requested on every insured item for them to call me.

ADT POSITIVE REVIEW
Best help after losing breadwinner. Came to my home. Filled in forms. 3 months no deduction and lesser payment afterwards. From all experiences this one was by far the best! Natasha loved her work! Made a sad experience a positive one. Thank you for walking the extra mile, (not a call centre!) Thanks for Maxwell checking regularly on our safety in Durbanville. Thanks to management always in contact of what is going on!

Zero help and interest.
Worst indoor service in Tygervalley Western Cape. Not interested snd just refer to customer service which are pathetic! I’ve logged a request with documents on email to Death Queries 16 November. Which should have been taken not longer than 48 hours ... nothing bring done. Phoned again. Same story. Admit it again. Unacceptable! Nothing being resolved. Got 3 inquiry references and promise to be phoned back. Guess what ... Zero!!!
