Worst e-commerce store. They have definitely declined in service and price. Order placed on 12 December 2024 which I think I was early enough. Traveling to family on 24th but tried to change delivery address and was blantly just denied any assistance in this matter, as this is Christmas gifts for our grandchildren and children. I think the time is ripe for equivelant business like Takealot to be given a run for their money.
First time I ordered from you business and for sure wont be the last. Exellant service. Like how this private groups excel in the e- commerce sector. You serve as an example to many of your bigger rivals. Keep up the good work. Tools was just what the dr ordered. Packing I was impressed.

This is not as much to evaluate the bank but to praise the efforts and commitment of Robin Rinquest in assisting me with numerous credit card dilemmas I have experienced with Capitec Bank in the last couple of weeks. He went out of his way to be accomodating and resolving the matter. And if Capitec had 5 more of such employees working for the bank they can get rid of the other 500 *********** employees. Once again thank you Robin for all your efforts, it does not go unnoticed.
So this case has been going on now for a long time. Like previously stated. It started in October 26/24. Yesterday the 22/11/24 I received a call from this high placed person in Capitec. Promising me that the matter will be resolved. They just need to clear all my data at Amazon. I must agree to that. So I did. Sent me **** email just to lure me in to believing that they are doing something about it. Hahaha jokes on me it seems. Just proof that they are false and a ******** institution. Serving their ******* masters. Still R 4610.00 short on my account. ******* ****ers they. Need a commission to investigate this South African oligarcs. Capite you are ********s. That is the truth and you better do something.Most probably got their fingers in the Louis Liebenberg sage. So they need to build up cash flow. *****ed ****s

I give up on this fools. Think the ******** elements are in the bank self. Trying to exploit the clients. Today a second time the same amount of R 2304.00 went of in less than a weeks time. Phoned them, went on Friday to the 15/11/2024 to the branch self and still no word from them. Come on Capitec do you really want to carry the burden of a thieving organization? Step up and resolve this matter now for once and for all. Hell how difficult can it be? Competence and once more competence. Otherwise I am only left with one option, that is to to take this matter to the ombudsman.
So Capitec rep**** and made an effort, with 1000 and 1 excuses. They did however reverse the two transactions just to deduct it again on 12 November 2024. So now we are back to square one. Just proves to me their incompetance. Have rep**** to an e-mail which they said I can reply to without changing the subject matter and still have not had a reply back and it is now 24 hours later.
They are definitely not at the place where they can count themselves as one of the best banks anymore. Service and products are surely taking a nose dive. They take your money for online purchases, don't pay the vendor. All efforts was made, phoned them twice. Cut the you off and then wants to to resolve the the the matter via whats app. Pathetic and if you ask me. They really need to step up.
Poor service. Still waiting for them to sent me the link so that I can sent them my proof of deposit in to my savings account with them ....Nada . I contacted my bank from which I transferred money and they released the funds but doesn't reflect at Discovery. Tranfer was made on 1st of December 2020
