I bought a sandal in December of 2025. The sandal was to big and I requested a return and refund from Fitflop. A courier came to collect the shoes on 23 December. I told the courier that I don’t have the original packaging and he said it’s fine he will label and package the box. I was waiting on my refund and emailed Intobrandso line the beginning of January only to hear they never received the shoes but instead a package with some sort of bag handles. They emailed me back to say the courier company will investigate. It has been weeks and I am not happy as this is due to no fault on my side. This is really leaving a bitter taste. Please speed up to solve this problem as soon as possible.
I have returned my bracelet on the 29 of November 2022 after being promised my refund by Ramona almost two weeks ago, I am still waiting! This is beyond ridiculous and frustrating! How can I promote this business to anyone???
I bought a bracelet via the online store. After receiving it, I found it not suitable for me. I then returned it to the Canal walk branch where I was told I will get my refund in about a week and a half’s time. That was the beginning of December it is now the end of December! It’s been more than 3 weeks waiting on my refund. This is absolutely ridiculous! NWJ has the bracelet and my money! Last Wednesday(21 December 2022)I was told by Ramona my refund will be paid on Friday 23 December 2022. Nothing yet!!! All lies!!! I can understand the public holidays but this is utterly ridiculous that I have to ask continuously for my refund. I send emails but I am still waiting on Melissa for assistance! I will never buy from NWJ again and will tell unsuspecting friends and family about my experience! I want my money back ASAP!
Problem with online shopping at Woolworths. Every time I make an online purchase on my Capitec savings account I end up paying double. A week later after making initial purchase Capitec allows for the same amount to be deducted from my account again. Initially when I contacted the bank they reversed the second payment but now it’s a struggle as I need a letter from Woolworths to confirm that it is not a different transaction. The call Centre agents confirmed that there is a problem from the bank side with online purchases from Woolworths and some other retail outlets. This is immensely frustrating for me. It is a total inconvenience as I have to fight to get my money back. What bank allows double deductions for an online purchase. This is not on Capitec. I am now considering to close my account!!!
