Shocking after sale service! Receiving my shoes was very quick, I received them with one of the laces broken is am not able to tighten them. I did a return request and was informed for the shoes to be replaced I would have to pay R350 for handling and processing cost. I informed them that I'm not happy with this as the shoes are not wearable and now have not had a reply from them for 2 days. No telephone number in South Africa to contact to try and follow up on what is happening with my faulty order!
Please think twice before you purchase a GHD. Terrible after sale service! It's now been over a month that I've tried to get my R3000 hairdryer repaired, which is still under warranty I might add. I have been told twice now that Skynet couriers will be collecting the faulty product, Ive had to rearrange my whole day to make sure that I'm available for the collections and they don't show up.
Second time round service was so much better. Thank you Uthuli Upholstery cushions were ready for collection when promised.
Worst service ever!! Don't return calls and sms messages. Still waiting for delivery of cushions that were promised before the 28th November !! Can't get hold of them as too when we can expect delivery.
