We have had a fibre outage on our Vodacom fibre since the 26th of March 2026. Despite numerous calls to try and resolve the issue it's still unresolved. We are the only home in our area without fibre. They indicate that it's due to an infrastructure migration to Vumatel. All service agents are clueless and do not care about the problems. As long as we pay that's what matters. I will never recommend Vodacom to anyone - Service is atrocious.
Vodacom Fibre (SR190 ********** 11) Service Request open since 26 March 2019. Inside connection fixed in 1 week. Techs damaged road infrastructure end March - no fibre since, no urgency to resolve, no feedback, my constant follow ups lead nowhere.....No one will provide me with contact numbers and emails for escalation and chase up on my side. I REGRET signing up with VODACOM for fibre . Their service and response is attrocious. All agents give me the empty promises. It's been nearly 2 months now........ Pass the buck - VODACOM you are a HUGE disappointment.
<p>I have never been more disappointed in a bank than I am now. Applied for a BA card at an ABSA branch, submitted all required docs that same day, received an emailed statement with an amount due, received the card couriered BUT, the card is blocked, cannot get a pin. Numerous calls later and we still have no joy in the matter. No one bothers to call the client. Only explanation given that Absa allowed the application to expire. We have to do all the calling and chasing, get all their empty promises, rubbish service yet they can charge ludicrous bank fees. Such a pity British Airways chose Absa to administer their card.. It's INSANE. Dealt with Bellah, Leroy, and two other consultants I never took names from. How bad can service get. Completely disappointed and they can keep the precious card. Will take my business elsewhere.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
