I ordered a book late October 2021, which never arrived. However after some exchange of emails, they assured me I'll receive the book within 10-15 days of working days. That was mid December 2021. It's now late April 2022 and still I have not received my book. They also didn't give me a tracking number which was very odd provided they claim to be largest book seller across the world. I believe they never sent it to begin with and it's all just a SCAM!!!
I was recently tricked by a clientele sales person to join the client funeral plan. The lady said we only checking if I qualify for the policy and that I'll be soon contacted by clientele to tell me more about the policy and to confirm if I'm interested, but to my surprise 3 weeks later I recieved an sms from clientele informing me that they will be a debit of R265 without my consent. I tried contacting customer care service with no luck. A few days ago I woke up to R265 taken from my account. Can you please help me cancel this policy and refund me as I am a student and I can't afford it
