Bond Stationers Risidale dud cartridge
<p>Bond sold us an old empty Ink HP Cartridge and suggested we have an IT person look at our printer, they would not give us any further assistance, we are a small company, do not ahve an IT person on the property and had to send the machine in, the used cartridge was confirmed and we ahd to phone Bond back and discuss this with them as the cartridge was over R1000.00, they did not follow isntructions to wait until the machine was back in our possession and sent a driver repeatedly to us, when we received the machine back they refused to come again to collect it telling us they supplied us last 8 months previously, we did buy the cartridge about 8 months ago as we have to have one in stock at all times, this has never proven to be a problem with any other supplier previously, Bond refuse to acknwledge they supplied us with a faulty cartridgew and refuse to pick the cartridge up for testing,</p>

Do not do business with this company, it is a con
We received a visit from one of the reps and told them we were totally satisfied with Telkom service, billing etc. they set up a meeting to explain how they could save us 30% at the minimum of our account and the service would be even better. WE eventually agreed to go along with their system. to date on average per month we are paying R1200.00 extra on our telephone account without exception (6 months) you have to phone repeatedly and send emails of reminder before they do something about the complaints we have, the biggesty being the calls are not clear at all and only 20% are acceptable, the billings fro m a R2200. Telkom account has gone to R3400.00, an increase of R1200.00 per month, we have inferior parts and were promised an upgrade (why was it not installed in the first place?) we have excuse after excuse from Harry Haralambous himself and promise after promise, the only honest one with us is his technician and who explains the parts we have are more than likely refurbished, we remain frustrated at not having any of this sorted out, oh bring back Telkom... please, don't let anyone be fooled by this company. Randtelkoms do not stick by their promise and nor do they care..
