They infected my arm, I had a clot in my vein, and incurred medical costs, they promised to refund me but when I asked them to put it in writing they were never to be heard from again! If you are thinking of using them keep extra money for a doctor and antibiotics! Disgusting!!!
This has to be the worst service provider I have ever used. Almost 2 weeks later the order has not been dispatched and they keep telling me that they are waiting to hear from their 3rd party, they are also refusing to cancel the order! I am disgusted to say the least.
Someone need to take Standard Bank to task. I was scammed through an account that belongs to them and within 24hoursI went to a branch to report the account but they just shrug and told me they cant help me. Over a month later after reporting the case to their fraud unit and submitting all the supporting documents and an SAPS case number I have never heard a single word from them yet they claim to respond within 2 business days. I have lost count on the number of times I called them and each time they promise me I will receive a call from their investigators. These banks just DON'T CARE!!!! If this was money taken from them they would have made all attempts to catch the culprits but when it comes to the consumers 0 care is given. I am sorry but R13600 is a lot of money to me and I will stop at nothing until I get my money back
