On the 07th of December 2025 ordered sneakers online from bathu order no BT1199908 but they kept on delaying the delivery, which resulted on the 17th December I cancelled the order. Now Bathu is taking forever to refund me numerous emails have been send to their customer service and numerous called have also been made and they don’t have a timeframe to resolve my issues.
Bought a Samsung A01 cellphone at Makro at woodmead on the 24th of September 2020, for the first weeks the phone was working perfectly,until the 25th October whereby the phone started having network issues,the phone only have network outside of buildings more especially on the road that's where will have network on the phone. On the 12th November I took the phone at Makro crown mines whereby the phone was booked in for repairs as the phone didn't have network coverage. On the 24th I received an SMS stating that the phone it's ready for collection, went to collect the phone on the same day,only to find out that the phone it's still giving me network issues again,called Makro crown mines and informed that the phone it's still giving me the same issue and the lady I spoke too by the name of Hazel asked me to check for a job card,which to my surprise the phone didn't come with any jobcard document, I then requested for a jobcard of the phone and she asked Pretty who works by repairs Centre where the phone was sent too and Pretty didnt provide jobcard document,her respond was that they had done a software update. Which I don't understand why would they do a software update on the phone while it had network issues. Called the woodmead branch where I literally bought the phone from and I spoke to Garven who advised me to take the phone to vodacom,which I still dont understand why I have to take the phone there as I bought it by woodmead not Vodacom. I have been calling,sending emails to the two (Hazel & Garven) trying to get a solution to this matter which the two I failing me with a solution. Now I had to buy another phone which it came as an expense to me as Makro is taking me from pillar to post with no solution. The phone it's less than 3 months. All I need now it's either Makro reimburse me or provide me with another phone for the same value R2000, cause it's not fair to me as customer to have paid for a product that am not using and they make me to run around with the issues. All they time I call them for a follow up they keep dismissing me by saying they will call me which they DON'T do that.
