Paid a deposit but they never showed up.
I had a terrible experience with this business. In short, I paid a deposit but they never came to pick up our dogs, and stopped responding to all messages.

**** ALERT
*******MERS***. It all seems professional - they send through documents etc, make the booking but once you pay the deposit they disappear.

Literally thieves.
They took my deposit and have not come in to do the job. It's been over 2 months and now they will not return any of my calls or emails. They have stolen my money! I cannot find any registration for their company and the cellphone number they provide is unregistered.
