What a pleasure to deal with such a supplier. I bought a 5kVA package. It was COMPLETE with all necessary QUALITY switches, wiring and roof attachments for the PV's. And pre as well as post purchase assistance by their staff (Carlynne) was efficient and immediate. Such a difference compared to a large East Rand supplier that I dealt with 3 months prior

BUY FROM THEM AT YOUR PERIL!
One star gives to much credit to their business ethics. Don't touch them! I bought a new set of Mecer speakers from them mid November. They delivered to me a used and non functional set which were CLEARLY MARKED AS SUCH BY A PREVIOUS CUSTOMER! Their courier eventually collected the items after five weeks. It is now three weeks later without refund or replacement Their phones don't work and they don't reply to e-mails - as stated in my earlier e-mail. BUY FROM THEM AT YOUR PERIL!

No reaction from PcLink Computers on product clearly marked and "not working"
On 23 November I received an order Mecer speakers from Pc Link Computers. On opening the packaging I found stickers on the box and a note inside the box stating that the the product was "not working" and was returned by Takealot. I immediately (23 Nov) tried to communicate with them (PcLink). They did not - and still do not - answer their phones. I sent then sent e-mails to their 2 email addresses together with photos showing the notices on and inside the box. I have over the last two weeks repeated my e-mails multiple times. I get no more than a computer generated acknowledgement. Have I been dumped with a product that was marked clearly (by PcLink?) as "not working"? Has PcLink been closed down? Can someone help me on this? In any event, Potential buyer: Be warned!
