Very disappointed! Prices are ridiculous, service very very slow, food has no flavour, very small portions. Not one single bathroom in working order (all out of service)
We have moved to a new home and arranged and had all arrangements done a month in advance because we both work from home and can not afford to not have wifi, all connections was working up until 1 October where we have been having “limited” access, all areas have been checked and no one is finding a solution, the situation keeps getting “escalated” to no solution, not being contacted and only still having limited access to wifi. Absolutely ridiculous as both our livelihoods depend on wifi and we made sure a month in advance everything is sorted
Horrible customer service!! My account was canceled immediately in November and I am not receiving data for December and my router has been fetched as well, I was still charged for data and my router for December month, it is impossible to get a hold of someone from rain with billing problems, when they benefit from an email they Will gladly reply but as soon as there is a billing problem they ignore your emails for weeks. Incredibly disappointed with the customer service. And I am not the first person to complain about this!
