My sister”s went to deposit money close to 15000, at an atm at Capitec wonderboom Junction he atm suddenly went offline, it’s being more that 7 since she opened a case but they haven’t assisted her, they are telling her that there’s a backlog, but it doesn’t seem like they are serious about their invistigations because she doesn’t get any updates

We bought couches on the 26 of November 2020 at ok furnitures,they promised to deliver soon,when they were supposed to deliver they said the stock is finished,they will check another branch,that didn't work they told us they will be receiving stock on Friday the 4th from groblersdal ,they will deliver straight from the warehouse since I told them i have a ceremony on saterday the 5,Friday afternoon we were told they can't deliver , some is refusing to give away the stock,we opted for refund,they said we can come take the money,when we got there they said they don't have cash as most customers are using cards,told us to check the nearest store, which also told us that they only have 1000 out of the 8000 that must be refunded.since last Friday we never received a call to check if received the money,we always have to use our airtime to call and ask,drive for more than 20kms only to be turned away. And waste petrol,how did they sell something that they don't have stock of?
