I bought my Haval Jolion from Haval Hillcrest in August 2023 brand new. I experienced shuddering on my steering wheel and reported it in November that year. The sales person who sold me the car advised there was a recall on these vehicles due to faulty brake discs and told me i have to send it to their workshop to take a look. They booked it in on the 14/11 and advised it was the brake discs and they will skim it - I instructed them not to skim it and replace it as it was a brand new vehicle. HOWEVER they went ahead and skimmed it. The shuddering continued and i called another Haval (Haval Tollgate) to see what my rights were - they said it should of been replaced and told me to bring it there. Haval Tollgate on the 20/11 replaced the front brake discs. The shuddering STILL CONTINUED so I had to take it back and they replaced the back breaks. After a few months the shuddering returned - i took it back again and now the workshop says they cannot find any fault!!!!! I then took my car in for the 30,000km service and advised them to please check as it has not gone away, - I was then called to say I must now pay for my brake discs due to it not being in warranty!!!!!!! its been replaced numerous times and admitted to there being a problem. I called Altricia at customer care, she got hold of Haval Hillcrest and they said they will offer me a discount. Why should i pay when this is a manufacturing defect!!!! I asked for someone senior to look into this and 3 months later they are not returning my calls or emails. as per GWM..... My car is not even 2 years old and is my 1st car i have purchased brand new and having endless problems. I have owned a Kia Picanto for 13 years - no issues, Ford Ecosport for 5 years never had issues. now every service i am expected to replace and pay for new brake discs due to a manufacturing defect!!!!!! DISGUSTED AND WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND HAVAL TO ANYONE!!!!!
Virgin implemented a significant increase in 2025 with no notification! Where is this money going??? I go to Kloof Virgin Active and for months there is numerous equipment that is not working and/or in a terrible state. How do you then justify these increases? You are charging premium rates but the quality is far from it!
Their website says Fast Delivery, KZN No 1 Bed Store. I'm in KZN, placed an order online and when emailing to ascertain approx delivery date - no response. When I call them they say they haven't received the online order process from their offices yet to proceed????
The worst customer service I have EVER experienced! After my accident on the 9th of December, I was assigned to a consultant who requested me to send all the relevant pictures, details etc which I did. I was then sent an email on the 14/12 from another consultant asking me for the same information. I was then advised my case was re-allocated to Nelisiwe Nkosi. I have been requesting information and assistance from her since the 15th December with daily emails asking for help! it is now the 5th of January and i have still not received a response!!!!!! I had to arrange extension on car hire on my own as Discovery did not attend to it. The only updates i am getting is from the Panel Beaters. My claim policy states no excess on 3rd party claims - I AM BEING TOLD TO PAY EXCESS!!!!!!!!

My data contract was cancelled in June 2020,i am still being billed for this contract. I have phoned cancellations nearly every month to ask why I'm still being billed, they advise it will be cancelled and I will be refunded my money...... It is now January 2021 and still being charged for this contract!!!!!!! Everytime I phone and ask for a reference number I'm being told they don't have one I'll receive an sms which I still haven't received since last year!!!!!!! This is stealing and I want my money back.
