I had a very disappointing experience speaking with Rosanne Maistry over the phone She was extremely rude and made no effort to communicate respectfully or professionally. No basic level of courtesy but was met with dismissiveness and an unhelpful attitude. I will be posting on all social media
Claim Number : 3354052 Claim registered and no feedback as yet - extremely traumatizing house ******* where we were tied up - house keys ****** / car keys ****** NO ASSISTANCE from Discovery Insure - I have to keep phoning and phoning without any joy - when you eventually get to speak to someone the people at the call center in the back ground is so loud that you struggle to hear the consultant. And then the line gets cut! Can you believe it - this is disgusting service - Huge Premium ZERO SERVICE - can someone please SORT THIS OUT
Registering the claim and getting the authorization was not bad but I had a couple of questions after the authorization and to date there is no response? Florence just doesn't reply to emails - the case was escalated to the "manager" Nelson but there is still no response? My premium on insurance is nearly R4000 a month and this is not the type of service that I expected - worst of all ALL my stuff is with Discovery?
