Better Bonds
From Day one when I filled my online application to buy a property Gail Coats was on her toes getting me the best approval deal from the banks...shes friendly and always kept me updated through the process..big thank you to Gail..shes helped make my dream come true...I highly reccomend better bonds to handle your bond application. Quartz stone
Don't recommend this company...I have bought Calcutta quartz from this company.. they referred a fitter from thier company . After 10 months there is a crack in my quartz and it looks like bad workmanship or factory fault..I have been texting the sales man everyday and all he says is I wil send an accessor to come take a look.. it's not happening..my husband goes in personally to see the sales man..he says don't worry will send the accessor..I take this complain to instagram on thier advert..the sales man calls me and says please take that comment down his going to assit me...he disappeared. The problem is I had just moved into the property and there was alot of companies working on the property..so when thier guy came to fit the quartz into my kitchen and finished his work. We had completely forgot to ask for the invoice and the lifetime warranty.. but irrelevant it was his duty to give it to us..I own a company and customer comes first.. every complain is treated with priority. Our salary is from a customer...this company don't realize this..yet they advertise so big . Very disappointed customer.

Royal quartz
Pathetic customer service.. I had bought an expensive quartz from this company..I did not recieve my invoice and my garauntee certificate..they had thier installer come over and fit in the quartz. After 10 months there's a crack that appeared on the quartz..and it looks like bad workmanship or fault on the quartz..I called and even went into the branch for assistance ..till day no one is assisting..all they say is they sending an accessor to come over but it's never happening..it's gone 2 months I am still waiting...I wrote a bad review on thier Instagram page..the guy called me to say please take it down his going to assist me..he disappeared. Terrible service from this company...I will never recommend this company . Poor customer service..they say lifetime warranty on the quartz ..it's just a lie..

Claims
5 star for Claudine Clendennen. She's friendly Assisted us to the best of my knowledge on our claim. She's really made my journey through my claims so royal. We love to have more consultants like Claudine.. smiles all through the process even some jokes in between. Down to earth lady. Never made us feel uncomfortable during her visit to meet us personally...she always reminded us should we have any questions or need any assistance to call her anytime..she kept to that..she's assisted so promptly.
