Do not ever take a warranty with General Risk SA
Do not take any warranty with them they will refuse to pay something that is fully covered under warranty I wish I knew their service was this horrible before I paid for the warranty I am at a point now of taking them to the ombudsman as too many people have let them go free of all their wrong doings.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service and excellent customer service, they send a hand written note to say thank you and also a chocolate and they communicated with me over whatsapp and kept me up to date till my order went out for delivery.
