Terrible Service
Terrible Service in my area. Internet drops all the time and not enough power back up. Call centre does not help. We need a new fibre provider for Jackal Creek

Very bad Rental Agent - makes you pay and repaint for normal wear and tear
Do not deal with Wasiu - Real Choices Properties. I moved into Bavitana Complex in Northgate in January 2020. When I moved in the previous tenant was made to repaint the whole apartment before he could get his deposit. The same has just happened to me...I am told to repaint the whole lounge and part of other rooms simply because my couch scratched part of the wall and made it dirty. I have repainted with that part of the wall. I am still not getting my deposit because the new white paint should look exactly the same as the old white (which has lost some whiteness). Very arrogant and capitalist of this agent. Otherwise just don't deal with this guy!! Crooked!!

Very bad practices with rental tenants
Do not deal with Wasiu Olanrewaju - Real Choices Properties. I moved into Unit 52 at Bivitana Complex in Northriding in January 2020. When i moved in the previous tenant was made to repaint the whole apartment before he could get his deposit.
