Campus Key should treat customers with good payment history way much better. Our annual bill is settled in May and they generate interest but they're still treating us unpleasantly
The Campus Key staff in Potchefstroom are extremely inconsiderate when it comes to customer care. I don't recommend them at all. They don't value customers with accounts in good standing.
Campus Key Potchefstroom requires one to find a replacement tenant if you wish to cancel your lease? This isn't mentioned in the contract though. Its just made up to frustrate you
After renting with Avis for months I unfortunately had to stop using their services since their billing is very worrisome. My last two months saw me being charged for "damages" which were never documented when I returned the vehicle. Their call centre and after service is appalling to say the least. It's sad to see a once reputable brand going down the drain #WIN
I'm at a loss for words. I purchased a bed in November from Mr Price Home in Rustenburg Platinum Square and I still haven't received it to date. The store keeps giving me false hope but nothing delivered. This is the worst customer service ever
Mr Price Home still hasn't delivered my kid's bed even after they responded positively to my review a week ago. I'm exhausted and want my refund for the two beds I paid for for. It is more than a month waiting. Clearly it can't be acceptable
I ordered and paid for two beds for my twins and the other arrived faulty. I've been back and forth at the store and nobody cares to give me decent feedback. I'm beyond annoyed and just want my refund at this point
