There are no after-sales services provided. I have called multiple times over the past few months regarding two invoices for the metal detectors I purchased online. Each time, they promised to email the invoices, but I have yet to receive them. If they can't even provide a basic invoice, I doubt they will handle repairs, warranties, or any other issues effectively. Additionally, the shipping for the first detector was only completed after I inquired about it more than two weeks later.
I have upgrades to a Data package and was told (and still is) that I can still use my phone to make and receive phonecalls. I have airtime on my phone and can't make any phonecalls. I have been to vodashop a couple of times and phoned the help line a few times as well. Even had to do a sim swap but with no luck. Even my free minutes was taken away after the upgrade. It is if my complaint is being ignored. I have been struggling now for a month and a half. I have the number for about 20 years for business and had a Data contract before as well. If they can't help you in the shop then you can forget about getting help. Referance numbers does not mean anything anymore. Poor service.
