I booked a rental car with Drive South Africa and was given a voucher to produce to a third party Thrifty. On the collection day Thrifty could pickup my booking but not the payment which was made online with Drive South Africa. They processed my booking and was told they would follow up on my voucher. To my surprise I was debited a day's rental amount by Thrifty. I followed up with Drive South Africa as I had made the booking with them. I was given a run around about investigating and finally told that Thrifty made a mistake and that they would initiate a refund. I have nit received a refund to date and I followed up with Drive South Africa with no response this time. On the last communication they indicated that this issue is now out of their hands hence I requested trail of communication with Thrifty and the relevant person to follow up with on my refund.
I sent a query to Discovery Health regarding my saving fund from 2020 before I changed my plan in 2021. First frustration was that they had picked up contact information from my previous work and medical aid and had not registered my updated information when I joined the scheme 3 years ago. When I finally updated my email online and resent the query. I was referred to my current plan which was not my query. I got the idea the the person who responded to my query did not read my query to understand it but was rather rushing to respond and close the query. I am still waiting to understand what happened to my savings from my previous plan (2020) as I was advised by the discovery consultant who visited my company they would be refunded in cash if not used by end of financial year end of 2020.
Ordered text books for grade 7, never delivered. The phone number on their website is not being answered. Response from their email was that the books are being dispatched, a week later still nothing and no further communication when following up on the supposed dispatch. BIG SCAM!!!
I a m a regular customer at Superbalist.com. I had ordered a couple of items on my latest order and unfortunately had to return 4 of them due to wrong size fit. One of the items which was a body suit was rejected due to company policy which I am perfectly fine with. My issue with the company is as follows: The item was only rejected after collection and arrival at the warehouse. I was not notified of the rejected item which is contrary to the notification that I received that my returns were approved. I was never informed what happens to the item that had been rejected and therefore not credited to my account. On enquiry about the returning of this rejected item to me, I was informed the warehouse would contact me. This was 04/12/202 and again on 08/12/2020 I have not received feedback from the company to date.
