I did not think that after 10 years of consistently, non-troublesome service that I would be here writing a negative review…but here we are. I ordered products on the 3rd of December (some of which were Xmas gifts) and I have STILL not received it. The call center is non-existent and I’ve been directed to get in touch via email. Was this the last of my run-around to get something I paid for so long ago? Nope. It took 3 weeks and nudge emails to even get a response - an apology and explanation of some technical issues. I had to nudge again this evening, after previously being told my new wait would be less than 2 weeks. No call or email to explain the additional delay. I’m fed up with the lengths I have to go through here. How do you not have a failsafe SOP in place for technical issues like this? Very strange. That’s beside the fact that my account was debited twice in one month last year due to more ‘technical issues’. Do better.
Why ANY companies still use them as couriers is a mind-boggling. I received a tracking number that I'm unable to use on their website. Their chatbot and WhatsApp take me on a loop with no genuine answers in sight. I called their Pretoria branch 9 times (I'm not joking) and they ignore/kill the call every single time. Shocking service. Shocking business. Do better.
