They have been over billing my 80year old granny for 3 months and did not credit her as yet.
I ordered a 4.3 rectangular container on Monday and after paying for the container I was told it was a mistake and it was a 3.1litre container and a different color. False adverti*****t from Tupperware
I was diagnosed with Covid and was told that discovery would send me a care package Feeling miserable and anxiety struck I was dealing with a consult at discovery who asked me to forward my covid results so I would get an oximeter to monitor my breathing After our long horrible experience I also requested if I could get a thermometer so I could monitor my child at home. The consultant then called me and said only certain people qualify and not all covid patients. How does a consultant over the phone knows if a patient is serious or not. I am apart of discovery medical aid for 15 years apart for my sons delivery I do not go into hospital. In times of need I was turned down. Absolutely sad service delivery Discovery. We receive an appliance benifit and I was not approved to get these items. Each and every year every member receives almost 4000rands on appliance benefits which has not been utilized. In time of need to be refused absolutely disgusting.
