<div>The facilities are amazing HOWEVER the new management isn't much better than the old. The school is supposed to be HEART focused meaning teaching the children about emotional well-being! I was horrified to walk in on my child being bul**** by the older children! 5 boys (Including the principal's and another Teacher of the older classes children) calling my little 4-year-old names and berating him with insults. The school management is more focused on protecting their staff's negligence and child blaming instead of owning up to the issues regarding the school's attitude about allowing the boys to fight to the extent that my child needed urgent psychological intervention! The current principal is very quick to give generic and vague responses to try and appease a worried and concerned parent and is not actually interested in the emotional and physical wellbeing of the children. SO SAD that the children are not protected. I raised the issue of the bullying numerus times with the school and every time I was told that it wouldn't happen again and everyday it was the same problem. +++++ and ++++ were so horrible to my child that he became scared of interacting with them! Such a pity. The ethos that Dibber is supposed to embrace is nothing but a sales pitch to get enrollments and get more money for a struggling school. Heartbreaking that this is what it has come to. Needing to pull my child out of the school because of 2 teachers who actually do not care about the children's well-being. That being said, ++++ is lovely! My son really learned so much from her. Unfortunately, the management is the issue.</div>
I have never experienced a group of lovely teachers and carers in all the school my baba had been at. New management has taken the school to a beautiful level. Embracing the true core of Dibber's Ethos. My son is absolutely thriving. The grounds and school are so well kept. So much thought and care is invested in everything that involves the kiddies. We recently had a sports day which absolutely blew my mind. It was so much fun for the kiddies AND even the parents ! Keep up the good work Michelle. You're doing great and taking the school to great heights!
HORRIFIC experience with these people!! They assign you to people who don't know how to help other than reposses a vehicle that has been sold!!! Drive me insane! The consultant Gugulethu Bogopa is a terrible and unhelpful human! I send prayers to anyone who has the unfortunate experience of having to deal with her! I'm amazed that it is also impossible to get hold of anyone in management?! I will never ever ever ever even think of financing through them again! Horrible horrible humans! She speaks over you and even shouted at me!!! I cannot deal with her. What a terribly run establishment! Please DO NOT ever even think of working with MFC even if you are desperate!
Pathetic is not a strong enough word to describe the experience!! They have a “work from home” policy now and that means that should you need help from someone that isn’t a poorly trained consultant they tell you straight up that they can’t transfer calls and I was told that the manager isn’t wanting to help either me or the consultant!!!!! They’re happy to take money from your account and then you have to wait a week to get your refund that they admit is owed to you!!! My issue has been escalated a million times and nothing! It was impossible to cancel with this pathetic company as well!! I can’t deal! Save your sanity and stay faaaaar faaaar away!it also took 3hrs for a response on their “emergency WhatsApp” line! Pathetic. Horrible. Disgusting! Don’t ever give them your banking details!!!
Nicky is among the most unprofessional and rude recruiters I have ever encountered. She treats the candidates like they are stupid and shouts at them for her lack of communication and knowledge. She has terrible communication with the clients and is so misinformed that I went on an interview without her even knowing what the role was! She does not care about the candidates and is super demotivating bringing a person down constantly even if an interview goes well. If you are a candidate RUN! They do not care at all about the candidate!

Megan the owner is a terribly rude woman who does not take any responsibility for her mistakes! She shouts and completely overreacts and is extremely immature throwing her personal health issues at a person to try and distract from her absolutely terrible business ethics. Don’t ever make the mistake of using this agency. I feel so sorry for the nanny’s too because she treats them terribly and as sub-human. Horrible woman with no moral standing and no respect.
Lushiano Moodley is a wealth of knowledge, A nice guy and not pushy at all which is a nice change to other insurance salesmen.
Surprisingly easy and so convenient . Would highly recommend using them .
