Excellent After Sales Service 3 Years Later!
I just want to say thank you for the great service and thanks to JM Le Roux that helped me. I bought a PC from Wootware in 2023. I have been having issues with it the last few months and though it might be RAM related. After contacting Wootware and speaking to JM Le Roux at the support desk, he assisted me in looking into a few things before replacing the RAM. Thanks to his help I saved R15,000, solving the problem with a simple MB FW Upgrade. You guys are the best!

Does not care about their customers
Reserved a vehicle for buying yesterday. Changed my mind and wanted to reserve another vehicle, spoke to their support center and the guy I spoke to said he will get it changed. Drove over 130km's this morning, took it for a test drive and was happy. Waiting for the paperwork the guy came back and said the vehicle has been sold to someone else, only to find out the change in reservation was never done. Speaking to the manager was useless, he basically just shrugged and said he could not do anything about it and I would have to wait to see if the other buyer would take it or not. They *****ed up and instead of trying to fix it they turned around and made it my problem. Did not even offer to cover my fuel expenses.

**** Beware
Seems like this company is a ****. We ordered components and then the courier company suddenly wanted us to pay another R5000 before shipping. The Courier company website is not working and Auto Solutions seems to be non existent on google maps.
