Can I give zero stars? Just received a call (again) from these ****mers, threatening with legal action if I don't repeat my order from 2019. Goodness me, that lady is relentless. Screams at the secretary, but oh dear, if she ever tries again.... After reading all the negative reviews, we are on to them. Bring it on, lady.
We had a tree that fell down because of the rain, and the internet lines were off because of it. Openserve replaced the pole relatively quickly, but the line test must still be done. It has been 3 days, and nothing is happening. We work from home, and need internet. The service is terrible. One can only reach them via Facebook, but they do not respond.
I do not even want to give a star. We ordered furniture in November from the Silver Lakes store, and a month later we still didn't receive it. We went to the store a couple of times, because the phone is not working. Every time they had a different story, and when I complained about the phone, they gave me bogus cell numbers. They promised delivery on Saturday, which didn't happen, and when we went to the store (again), it turned out the stock is still in Cape Town! So they have been lying to us all along. The store manager didn't even have the decency to come out of his office to speak to us, he just left it for the poor sales people to handle. We opted for a refund, and even with that we have to wait for our money at least 5 days, so I am one furious (ex) customer!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
