I just want to thank Lazer 911 for the excellant service provided on our holiday at Oslo beach. We had a hard time since day 1 with ********s that tried to break in ans sucseed once. Never the less when the alarm triggerd they were there. Our special thanks to Keanu for assisting. He was always available and assisting where he can. He even replaced the roof tiles the second last day when a ******** removed it to enter the house. He is a excelant security officer. Thank you Keanu, thank you Lazer 911
I just want to include my first letter. After the letter I got calls letters with empty promises from their management and who ever. Yet again this moth they stole the lapsed funeral cover from me. Great to yet prove to me the incompetence of Vodacom employees. They just cannot be honest. Hope the public learn from our reviews. Be careful. Even the "Helo Peter "department from Vodacom called me. They even open a department for that and the customer service department and they can't solve nothing, or rather don't want to. It's our money why will they care. Regards Hallo Peter This is only my second time I am using Hello Peter and this time is the famous Vodacom again. I took out a funeral cover years ago (think 2020) at Vodacom but cancelled it. April this year I saw on my account they are still deducting R95 for the cover. I ask them to cancel it but like we know Vodacom you can’t cancel a contract with them, they just make it impossible or they take forever and you will pay (although your 24 months are finished. On the 25 August 2023 I called the funeral cover department again and they informed me the cover has lapse in 2021 already. Policy number VAS**********. I even wrote a letter to their CEO (customer care are useless) and received a mail from Xoliswa Matele Executive Client Liaison Office CEO's office yet it was not cancelled in April. I will bet that from 2021 till now that I realize its still been deducted ( will learn me to study my invoices) I won’t see that money. In August 2023 they give me R400 credit after I talk to Xoliswa Matele Executive Client Liaison Office of the CEO's (you can only talk to him by mail) my invoice for October indicates the funeral cover is again included. Still not cancelled. We always argue with the employees at customer care who is answering the phone, maybe they must allow us to call the CEO and give him a piece of our minds. It seems I will pay that money till after my death. I wish it was so easy to cancel you contracts as it is to take them out at VODACOM Subject: EC-1LYK-2094XZ Regards W H Taylor

Very poor service. I made a appointment a week in advance, told them to fix without a quot cause I want to go on leave, after 3 days in the shop I must pay R1200 strip and quot and going on leave with a broken car. Be aware
Good Morning My name is Willie Taylor and I am writing this letter cause I am now sick and tired of Vodacom’s service. I cancelled one of my numbers 2 months ago which is just not happening. It’s the second month after my contract expired and still I have to paid for it after I informed them 15 days prior my contract expired to cancelled it, They promised to give me credit on this number with only empty promises as usual from customer care. Today I called 5 times to cancel all my contracts without any luck. They keep on referring me or just cut the line. I at last got through and asked to stop all my contracts as all are long over their expired dates. They said I will get an sms on the different lines which obviously will not happen. I usually do not have problems with Vodacom, but settle your handset payments or cancel a contract and you can be very sure they will not stop payments.
