As an end user Zero stars…. Be careful using this service as a payment method. My money disappeared into thin air. My experience: - Paid for an online purchase using Peach Payments - the transaction “Failed” - The funds came off my bank account anyway - I followed up with the supplier for days, but they never received the funds. - The bank can’t do anything because I accepted the transaction - Opened a ticket with Peach Payments… they needed proof of payment. Sent Nothing. They blamed Absa. - Absa hasn’t responded yet . Is it worth taking the chance again? Almost R1000 gone. Nope.
I don’t know this store, but I made an online purchase of over R2000 based their google reviews and seem to have thrown my money away. A week later and still no confirmation that my order is being processed, despite my many unanswered emails, completed website contact-forms and calls with empty callback promises. The only proof I have of the transaction is an email from the payment service informing me that my money is gone. I will keep trying until I either get the product, or a refund. Quite a disappointment when you try spoil yourself.
