I visited the surgery on 21/01/23 I paid R300 for family planning services using my card Because of the que not moving I had to cancel to see the doctor as I was rushing off to somewhere as well The receptionist lady which was not welcoming and seemed very unprofessional asked me to fill in a refund form for my money to be credited back I asked when is the turn around time for me to get my money and she said Tuesday I asked her if I don't get my money by Tuesday who can I follow up with She said just call us , without even giving me the contact information and we will forward your call to the refund call center My money hasn't been refunded even now May I please get my money back
I asked for beneficiary details to be changed on my policy, until today I have not received any updated documents, nor confirmation that it has been done When I call the call centre no one ever picks up I feel I'm investing my money in the wrong service provider They can't take care of their clients at all

I called in the company on the 15th December requesting them to cancel my debit order for the tracker as my vehicle has been written off... I was told that I subscribed for a 3 year contract in that case I'm going to have to pay R2600 on my next debit order date which is the 20th december and I said it's fine I don't have a problem as long as the subscription is cancelled, cause I can't be paying for something that I don't have anymore.... Today 22 December boom a debit order of R199. 00 Went off my account meaning that they haven't cancelled the contract, this is just so annoying.... Incompetence...
