I had a very pleasant experience while dealing with Cameron Eckardt, the service was excellent.
To those wondering, they are legit!!!Ordered an item on the 13 June and a week later queried it. Unfortunately supplier was not able to deliver to NV on time, spoke to a lady with exceptional customer service skills. She kept me updated and I was refunded in full.
Pathetic service. I have been a loyal YDE patron for many years. I am totally appalled at this disgraceful service. I have placed an order online on the 12/11/2020, to date 23/12/2020, I have still not received it. It has been over a month. After emailing online@yde.co.za numerous times, nothing has been resolved. Service@yde.co.za does not even respond to emails.
