Nostalgic Vibe the Money ****mers
Bought Marshall Bluetooth Headphones for R2100 through Nostalgic Vibe and till today, nothing. I have heard all kinds of excuses... war in Ukraine, Ship hasn't arrived, finance people delaying, influx of oders... haowa, ke grand. This was in 24 May 2023, now they no longer respond to their watsaap (0769724640) when I do a follow-up.

Great service
To those wondering, they are legit!!!Ordered an item on the 13 June and a week later queried it. Unfortunately supplier was not able to deliver to NV on time, spoke to a lady with exceptional customer service skills. She kept me updated and I was refunded in full.

Great service

Peoblem resolved.
after not receiving my purchase after 6 weeks for various reasons, the owner contacted me to explain and followed up after the product I had ordered was delivered. she did show genuine concern and did her best to rectify the

Happy hair, happy client
I called after I made the order to adjust it as I wanted to add another product to my order, and the lady I got through to was delightful and very helpful. I received the hair products and I love them. I hope they maintain this standard of service.

****! Clearly a **** business set up to rob people.
No progress on order after 10 days. After contacting them, I simply received a "We'll get back to you" and no communication after that, no calls answered, no mails read and whatsapps ignored. AVOID! ****!

Worst ever service, and still no delivery of items
Placed an order on 15 May, and am still to receive the stamps. Delivery 7 to 10 working days my ****! You never get feedback, you always have to follow up, and even the follow ups get ignored. Don't ever use this company, honestly.

FORMER skeptic. The website is the real deal.
I recently tried them out because they were the only store that had the Jordan 4’s my old son wanted . They arrived after 9 days of ordering them and the quality was on point. I started finding stuff I really liked so I ordered 2 pairs which I’m now obsessed with. Definitely would recommend this site to everyone.
