Bought Marshall Bluetooth Headphones for R2100 through Nostalgic Vibe and till today, nothing. I have heard all kinds of excuses... war in Ukraine, Ship hasn't arrived, finance people delaying, influx of oders... haowa, ke grand. This was in 24 May 2023, now they no longer respond to their watsaap (0769724640) when I do a follow-up.
<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p> On 1 August 2016(Monday) I called Cell C to, explained to them I will not have the funds to pay, I asked to be given 23 days from the 1st and will pay both the current month and the month outstanding. The lady who was helping me took my details and assured me I will be called back by a cell c representative to make arrangements.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then later received a confirmation text with reference no. ********** 634. I was called by a lady named "Patience", ironically, a day or two later. She said she received my query, I asked her if she can help me with my payment arrangement but to my suprise she had called me to inform me that the line will be suspended if I dnt pay, she was very rude. I told her that I was aware of that, thats why I called in in the first palce to be given 23 days to pay without my line being cut, she says there are no such services at cell c and my line will be cut and I ended up questioning her relavancy or the reason why she called me cause she is not assisting me but merely telling me about what I know already.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was shockd to realise on the 4rth my line was suspended, that was very quick of them to suspend it. Cell C has no payment arrangement for its customers who have a good track record of paying, while on the other hand I was able to get a payment arrangement from 2 of my vodacom contracts(cell phone and internet modem). I find it extremely careless and rude to receive a call of a cell c representative to remind me of the obvious instead of assisting me with various options to ensure my line is not cut. For a cellphone line to be cut on the 4rth day is also premature in my view. Cell C continues to dissapoint like some political parties. Their time will come, will remind them of this should there be no assistance in this regard.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will firstly like to inform you I have successfully managed to have a payment arrangement with Vodacom, unlike Cell C.</p>
Hi,<br> <br> I have been paying my car loyally and religiously, somehow around November 2014 and January 2015 I was told I had not been paying. I was contacted by cheetah business something to reposses my car. I explained to them I have been paying, they demanded proof of payment. I did manage to submit it and they conceded the mistake. I was told that this will be corrected and will not bear effect on my credit profile, by cheetah representative(Mmathapelo Matjila) who was liaising with Thandi(Legal Rep of MFC).<br> <br> Last week I tried to make a purchase and I was denied being told that I need to check my credit profile. I checked online only to find out that MFC has issued the information that I am not paying my account(3 months in arrears). I have been trying to get hold of MFC's [Email Removed] I went to Nedbank Menlyn for assistance they send an email to her on Wednesday, nothing so far. On the 3rd of March I spoke to Simon [Email Removed] via Nedbank telephones, who send a request to Thandi aswell but no response up to today, although I was told 48hr response. Why do I have o have a bad credit profile while I have proven to Cheetah&Thandi that I deed pay indeed on time
I had problems with adding a new contract with Vodacom, the problems were caused by a mistake caused by MFC. Andile and Mmatlou managed to help sort it out despite the shenanigans caused by MFC. Also managed to pick up that the situation was aggravated by some past fraudulent activities with my account - but sorted. Thanks guys, hope Vodacom pays you the right salary or correct performance bonus,
On the 10th January 2015 arund 21:00 I was hijacked and lost everythig, my ID, licence, cell, passport, etc. I opened a case, and the car was later recovered. I went to cell c the following day at Menlyn, on the 11 January and tried to block my cell and simcard. The young black lady who had dyed her hair in blonde told me iI need an affidavit, I showed them a paper from the police that had all details she said she cannot accept it. I asked to speak to the manager who came and told me he does not know me and need to get my affidavit or id or some form of identification. I have 3 cellphon numbers, all of which are cell c, I thought they could do a security check but none was made. I had to be chased out of the store and told to come with identification. I was helped at Cell C The Groove mall, they told me I do not need any affidavit or identification to block the cellphone or simcard. I have had a turbulent start to the year and did not expect a company that I bring atleast R1000 per month to treat me like that. I will port my prepaid cell c number somewhere else and wait for my contracts to end then go somewhere else, they do not deserve my hard earned cash. I send cell c an email,
