Placed an order on 15 May, and am still to receive the stamps. Delivery 7 to 10 working days my ****! You never get feedback, you always have to follow up, and even the follow ups get ignored. Don't ever use this company, honestly.
Numerous calls, numerous email, 23 days later still no refund and account still not closed. The worst ever service!!! Aggeneys branch even called to try resolve the matter, to also be put through from one person to another to another to another, to only get upset and give up, so that is a person in a branch trying to help me, imagine how I get treated!!! Request was to be finalised by 20 December, only for NOTHING to have happened.
On 10 November I called the bank to close my overdraft and revolving credit loan, consultant confirmed all was done and tbe RCP will take a few days to be removed from my banking app. 1 December, the installment for the RCP was deducted from my current account, even though the account was closed. I called the bank immediately, only to be told it is not closed! Was told it will be sorted out. I see on the account that account was closed on 1 December, and interest was deducted as well, on an account with a R0 balance, interest was still taken. I called the bank now asking when tbe full refund will be made, get put though from one person to the next, and still have no answer!

I applied for my Son's unabridged birth certificate on 13 March 2020, and till to date I have nothing. I have to call the call centre every week to follow up, some times I hold on for 2 hours and then the call gets cut. I have emailed hacc@dha.gov.za to also just get the flat ignore. Every time I manage to get a hold of someone at the call centre, I hear the same story, THEY HAVE NOT RETREIVED THE DETAILS FROM ARCHIEVES. I am getting pretty fed up with this now!!! I had the same issue with my eldest son born in 2002, they said that all data for kids born in 2002 was destroyed, so I had to complete new forms, so what is the issue now with 2006 children? But what do they care, we just a number who must vote.
Yet again thwy rub me the wrong way! Send me an email stating my credit card is in arrears???? I pay MORE than the minimum due EVERY month and the statement I received on 11 March even SHOWS the payment I made 2nd March!!!! What is the excuse again, SYSTEM ERROR???? Standard bank is really proving to be useless!
Standard Bank is really really getting me down, in less than a year, AGAIN they duplicate payments. I need to live, and here you take my hard earned money. Seriously, how am I supposed to pay things when you people "due to a system error" take my money. Seriously need to reconsider banks now, lost all faith. First time was bad, this time around, well......

I placed an order on 1 December 2017, and the one item was out of stock, so they were going to Credit my account. On 04/12/17 I advised Timothy Smook to rather refund into my bank account and gave him banking details. 05/12/2017: Timothy sent me an e-mail stating refund was processed, allow 3 working days for it to reflect 13/12/2017: Still no monies showing so I sent a follow up email, only for Nikita Bailey to say that it takes 5-7 working days. 18/12/2017: Still no money showing, sent another e-mail only for Gershwin Nel to reply saying it was only processed 13/12/2017 and will take 5-7 working days to show????!!!!! 03/01/2018: STILL no refund in my account, sent an email AGAIN to takealot 05/01/2018:only for Luke Izaks to come back and tell me that the banking details are no longer available, can I please confirm them???? So I told him that they must just credit my takealot account rather as I have items that I need to purchase (Not sure if I want to anymore!) 05/01/2018: Mamokete Nkomo then replies saying "Please note that your takealot account was credited, did you request a refund?"???????????????????????????????? 06/01/2018: I sent an email back stating that the credit is NOT reflecting on my account 07/01/2018: Mikhyla Lakey replies "Please provide and confirm your banking details in order for us to refund you accordingly" SO, WHEN AM I GOING TO GET THE MONIES THAT YOU PEOPLE OWE ME??????!!!!!!!!
I ordered an underground electric fence on the website of petfencingsa, did the online payment. I have been contacting them via email to follow up on my order various times, no reponse. There is not even a contact number for these people on the site! They received payment, and it looks like I won't be receiving the goods!!! Seems like a scam all round!!
