I have really had the worst experience with ***lin Estate as my Managing Agents. They charge 7% of the rental monthly but I had to deal with various issues myself, had to rectify their mistakes and I get overcharged for services. Had to advise on incorrect billing and send proof of this. Had to insist that notice of termination is sent in writing (they advised it is not needed even though it clearly states this in the lease agreement) When issues with the tenant were raised, the proper procedures were not followed. I had to advise them on what to do instead of them guiding me. They put the tenant ahead of the landlord who pay for the service.
HISENSE 13KG TOP LOADER WM TITAN - terrible washing machine and the service received is shocking. They do not take ownership of the faulty machine. It is a non twist and it literally damages my garments as it twists so badly. It does not always complete it cycles so washing residual stays behind and it does not remove stains at all. This has to be done by hand. I have logged this with Hisense and they sent out a technician. Nothing was found to be wrong with the machine. I sent them the video we took December 2021 demonstrating the damage. I have been waiting since Mid January for a response and a way forward. Every time I am told they will attend to it and someone will advise me and get in contact. This is 3 months later and no one has bothered looking into this issue. This is a terrible product sold with false advertising and the service received is even worse. I am extremely unhappy with this product and want it returned and refunded so that I can replace it with an actual decent washing machine that will not harm my clothing. I would advise against this product.
