I ordered a neuropathy massager from Zenvo Sa, and paid on 29 november. Keep on receiving soppy emails about not having stock, and apologising. Please be aware, i paid R800 for this! Thanks for spamming innocent people who just wanted to make a loved one slife easier as they are having chronic pain. Well done. 😢
I took my child with tootache to DR Joep Joubert in Mokopane. Worst decision ever!!!! He was so impatient, and when he wanted to inject her, she got a fright, and he basically chased her out of the chair and stated that he cannot work like this. And he knows children, if they start, they will go on and on and on. At first I thought he made a joke, but he got up and left. My child is so traumatised. I will not pay hia account as he did nothing but traumatise my child. I will not leave this here!!!
We places ourselves under debt review, after difiicult financial strain. We joined Debtbusters. We couldnt make payments anymore, and cancelled the services. About 2 years ago our financial position improved significantly, and we settled all of our accounts in full. Most of the accounts has already been settled in 2015. We have been struggling to remove the listing from our names. We paid an attorney to declare us no longer over indebted. Debtbusters came back and stated that our names have been cleared due to a court order declaring us no longer over indebted. We now wanted to buy a house, and then we couldnt as they stated that it still shows as under debt review. We again appointed an attorney to assist, and then Debtsbusters came back, only on email, indicating that due to human error, rhe 17.w has been wrongfully issued, there is no court order, and they will need to list us as under debt review again. This is totally unacceptable and very ubproffessional. All our accounts is settled in full, and we will submit the paid up letters in order for the clearance to be issued. But just the fact that they came back and said due to human error. They messed up our records and now they want to list us again, wothout having any accounts outstanding. They kept on reassuring us thatt there is nothing that they can do any further, and if we have any further queries, we can lay a complaint at the NCR. Only after an attorney investigates again, this is the feedback we get. And our names is still listed and flagged. Dont ever use this company, they ruin everything for you. And all they say is, we again really apologise!
We had 2 accounts with Capitec, which has been handed over to Brooks and Luyt attorneys. The accounta has been paid up. We requested our paid up letterd for over a year now, without any success. We keep on following up, all they tell us is thatt they will phone us back. We are still awaiting the paud uo letters and this is unacceptable, and very unproffessional.
