Avoid Zenvo at all costs - you will save yourself money
Bought two so-called Neurotherapy massagers for my wife - one arrived broken and the other stopped working after two days - can't seem to find them to follow up - clearly extremely poorly manufactured product - built chap and sold very expensive - do not buy from these fools!

Do not buy from this company. The order took weeks to arrive and the sticky film on the neuropathic pads started coming off from the first application. They have no contact number and if you try to email them, you email is returned with the message: "info@zenvo.co.za have rejected your email". Shocking service, poor product and non-existent after sales service. ****mers, for sure!

Do not buy from this company. The order took weeks to arrive and the sticky film on the neuropathic pads started coming off from the first application. They have no contact number and if you try to email them, you email is returned with the message: "info@zenvo.co.za have rejected your email". Shocking service, poor product and non-existent after sales service. ****mers, for sure!

Don't be deceived
Reading trough the reviews I came to the conclusion that this is was flight by night company because they don't advertise anymore and you can't get hold of them. I also ordered 2 massagers in November. I did receive mine but one is damaged and since the 19th of December I'm trying to get hold of them. All my email send to the address supp**** for queries came back undeliverd. It is also cheapstuff they sell at a high price. I recently saw that the normal market price elswhere for these massagers are only R250 each and not the R700+ they sell it for. Sorry to say but we were ripped of and because of people like them I will never buy anything advertised on social media again. I saw that I needed to enter their email address for this review but this review is not going to reach them because their email address does not "exist" or is set not to receive emails.

Zenvo SA, think again
My wife has been ****med. Zenvo advertised a Neuropathic Massager on Facebook for R808 and on 24 Nov 23 and she then ordered it. Correspondence between her (lucky her then) and Zenvo has led to that she received a totally different product on 14 Dec 2023. An e-mail was sent to Zenvo informing them that the incorrect product was delivered and she requested a refund and for them to collect the incorrect product but with each e-mail the reply is Address not found, the same today.

Ordered the special Neuropathy massager for R808. It took forever to arrive. Used it for 1 week and it ceased working. E-mails to info@zenvo.co.za are being returned. Shocking service think it is just a ****.

I ordered a neuropathy massager, it took weeks to be delivered. Once received, it was not the massager that was ordered, the packaging was opened, damaged and the order was incomplete. To date, emails have not been answered, no feedback received and there's no contact details. Subsequently, I have found cheaper alternatives at a fraction of the price. Zenvo SA, you have taken money, falsely advertised and your service delivery leaves one wondering!

They advertised a neuropathic massager on facebook. For R808. When received, it wasnt what was advertised. It's a cheap knock off which you can get for R100 at china mall. I have been trying to contact them for a refund. No response at all!!!!
