My wife has been ****med. Zenvo advertised a Neuropathic Massager on Facebook for R808 and on 24 Nov 23 and she then ordered it. Correspondence between her (lucky her then) and Zenvo has led to that she received a totally different product on 14 Dec 2023. An e-mail was sent to Zenvo informing them that the incorrect product was delivered and she requested a refund and for them to collect the incorrect product but with each e-mail the reply is Address not found, the same today.
