BAD EXPERIENCE
Currently a tenant at City Building under Mafadi, moved in month end March, I viewed the apartment, the Agent made showed me a showroom which he did not disclose that it was a showroom, i liked it and paid all fees said, got my lease with rent being R1900 excluding utilities, i told the Agent that will be moving in on Monday and to leave the key with security since i will be knocking off late, he assures me that the key is with security, i arrive with my furniture and ask security for keys "He tells me there is no key" i call the Agent and indeed no key was left here, had to book in a hotel. the next day i get the key from their office, now i am ready to move in, i am told that the room i saw is a showroom, ok i understand, i get another room which is very bad compared to the showroom, ok i move in. comes the 25th April, they bring and invoice with triple the rent money "rent is now R2200 excluding utilities". ok i pay rent on the 26th, now on the 30th April i come from work only to find that my room's lock has been changed, for what reason i dont know, none called me or emailed me anything. if i had not paid rent i would say that might be the reason, but i paid rent which is higher than my contract. Only if i knew how the minds of these work maybe i would understand. but i am obviously reporting this to the housing tribunal.

Bad management, not to be trusted.
Worst management If they fail to pay their stuff on time how do you as a client guarantee that you are safe with them, i would not advice anyone to book with them as they can not be trusted, previous owners were the best, but the current one knows nothing about business nor taking care of their employees.
