Worst experience ever. Left my previous employer end of February 2025 and still awaiting on my partial Provident payout. Which should be a 30 day process. Being told every day that the matter has been escalated. Cant even start to calculate the amout of money ive wasted following up on my claim. Ill definitely invest elsewhere. Pathetic service!!!!!!!!!

Really the worst service I've ever recieved online. Did my application 2 weeks ago. My documents was sent 10-12 rime to 4 different email addresses. Case escalated 3 times as per the call center agents. After numerous call just to be put on hold for 15 min. And now im being told its with the sales department.
Placed order 24th Feb. Half my order was delivered and still waiting on balance to be delivered with 4 reschedules. Phoned about 12 times, sent about 12 emails. All call centre agents just passes the buck. But yet i get a mail every night stating that my parcel is planed for the next day delivery. And to top it, one item is shown as sent back for a refund. Asked to speak to a manager and i was told the managers don't any calls. What a flippen joke. O and the same happended to my 1st order.
