This easy equities is making my life a living hell, i'm currently struggling with making a withdrawal.It's now 2 weeks going to the third week,without money reflecting into my banking account, i am sent from pillar to post. I have sent all the required documents to make the process smooth but its seems like am not getting anywhere.I regret the day I got involved into this easyequities.Am not recommending anyone to join easyequities.
I have been banking with Capitec for a couple of years.I deposited 10000 last year around Novemeber to save it for stationery. Beginning of January 2025 i tried withdrawing and the chip of my bank card had a problem and i went to the branch.I was advised to open a new account of which i did. The money was to be transferred from my old account to the new one.i waited for days and went back to the branch in Mmabatho to alert them that i havent received my money.was told they are struggling to make a transfer and would make a cash send.I was given numbers after a couple of days and i didnt get the money.seems like there was a problem with the numbers.went back to the branch again and was told the pin had expired. They said they'll make another cashsend and i waited again for days.eventually went to the ombudsman and when i went to the branch they said i must come back after 21 days as the ombudsman is investigating.21 days later i called the bank and the lady promised that they are going to process my payment. I was asked to send proof of account so that i can be paid,i did.still i did not recieve my money.I call them every single day and one day they said they have deposited the money,i asked for proof of payment and they never sent it.It is now March...I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY STILL.I am frustrated because of capitec...all m asking for is my money.
I transferred R17000 with my Nedbank app to a wrong account number,it was on a friday 11.December 2020.and I went to Johannesburg CBD branch to report the matter on Saturday 12 December.A gentleman told me he has reversed the transaction and the money will be in my account by Monday,14 December 2020. By Monday the money had not reflected and went back to the same branch,same gentleman and he told me that the delay is at the head office and I should expect the money any day. On the 23rd of December i went to Nedbank Mmabatho branch as I was now home,reported the matter again and was told the money will be on my account within an hour.On the 24th of December,I went to Mmabatho branch again and that's when the manager noticed that there is some fraud as the.money has been withdrawn. Its stressing because that money was for my kids clothes and my debits.Can I please find help as this Christmas is just a sad one for my family.
